For seven generations, the Pfitscher family has crafted wines in the mountain vineyards of Montagna, Alto Adige.
Their high-altitude vineyards and cool Alpine climate create wines known for freshness, finesse and character. Pinot Nero is a specialty of the area, while their Pinot Bianco showcases the bright, elegant side of Alto Adige.
Today, the family continues to combine tradition, craftsmanship and a strong commitment to sustainability.

Why it works: mushrooms echo the wine's earthy side, while Parmigiano and the creamy texture work with the Pinot Nero's body and year in oak.

Why it works: the lemon lifts the wine's freshness, while the butter complements its subtle richness from the fine-lees maturation.
